Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel your purchase, without needing to provide a reason and without penalty, as established by Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and the consumer protection regulations applicable in your country.

Situations in which the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections list the cases that may or may not apply to this store.
- Services initiated during the withdrawal period at the customer’s request. If you request that we begin providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you can still withdraw, but you will have to pay us a pro-rata amount for the work already completed (Article 14, paragraph 4, point (a) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your express request will be recorded at checkout.
- Personalized, perishable, vacuum-packed, or hermetically sealed items. Items manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized, products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods), items sealed for reasons of hygiene or health protection that have been unsealed after delivery, and sealed audio, video or software recordings that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Art. 16, letters a), c), d), e) ei), of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
